Brandie Mask

Brandie Mask is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology group. She specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital firms. Her practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling spanning the corporate life-cycle, including formation, employment and corporate governance matters. Ms. Mask also has experience in mergers and acquisitions across a wide array of industries as well as representing public companies in securities matters.

Ms. Mask is admitted to practice in Texas only. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Mask was Counsel at Woods Oviatt Gilman and an associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Vinson & Elkins.
