William McCurdy

Bill McCurdy is a senior attorney in Goodwin’s Financial Services practice, working with financial institutions and other financial services firms on corporate governance, SEC reporting, and capital markets and M&A transactions.

Bill is a member of the Boston Bar Association.

Prior to his legal career, Bill worked for over a decade in the financial services industry, and has extensive experience in the investment management, custodial banking and mutual fund fields.
