Paige McGregor is Goodwin’s Manager, Client Development- Voice of the Client. In this role, she will join the new Client Experience (Cx) function, which will help Goodwin deepen relationships, enhance loyalty, streamline operations, and ensure that the voice of the client is embedded across the firm. Paige will help shape the strategy and lead the execution of our client feedback capabilities, including survey and conversation design, deployment, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This role is pivotal in operationalizing our client listening strategy and ensuring we translate insights into action.

Professional Experience

Paige brings more than a decade of experience in customer experience strategy, client insights, and organizational effectiveness from BASF Corporation, where she most recently served as Corporate Business Development Manager. In that role, she partnered with senior leaders to spearhead cross-functional CX initiatives, advise Strategic Customer Networks, and facilitate workshops to embed client-centric strategies across the organization.

Her previous roles at BASF include Customer Experience Program Manager, where she led global VoC programs across 68 countries, and Net Promoter System Implementation Manager, where she introduced BASF’s first enterprise-wide VoC framework and integrated VoC with CRM systems to elevate client insights.

Paige’s expertise spans VoC strategy, change management, and data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making and shape client engagement strategies. She is passionate about bringing the client’s voice to the forefront and driving initiatives that create meaningful, measurable impact.
