Kathryn joined Goodwin in 2017 and is the Senior Manager of Law School Relations. She is responsible for the overall firmwide strategy and execution of our entry-level recruitment efforts, including law school based recruiting, Diversity Fellowship programming, Summer Program management, On-Campus Interview (OCI) program management, and overall branding on law school campuses. Additionally, she acts as the firmwide liaison between the firm and law school career services personnel and students to increase the firm’s presence and promote our recruitment efforts on campus.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Kathryn attended law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Kathryn is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association (WALRAA).
