Oliver Mills

Oliver Mills is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Oliver advises on a range of private capital and private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, exits, joint ventures, co-investments, preferred equity investments, and public-to-private transactions. His expertise includes cross-border acquisitions, disposals, management equity plans, and general corporate advice. Oliver joined Goodwin in January 2026.

• EQT on its co-investment alongside AM Fresh and Paine Schwartz Partners to acquire Special New Fruit Licensing and International Fruit Genetics, to form Bloom Fresh International, a global fruit genetics business.*
• Partners Group on its establishment of Pest Control Partnership, a platform to invest in pest control businesses in the UK and Europe.*
• Telemos Capital (now known as Jacobs Capital) on its acquisition of Helios Global Group Limited.*
• Strikwerda Investments on its strategic partnership and investment by Ares Credit and Carlyle in the form of a preferred equity investment in Your.World, a leading European provider of web hosting and online productivity services.*
• Cinven on its acquisition of a 50% interest in Policy Expert, a home and motor insurance provider, from ADIA.*
• ICG on its acquisition of Newground Capital Partners, an Australian real estate debt investor.*
• 3i and its portfolio company Royal Sanders on a bolt-on acquisition in the UK.*
• Oak Hill Advisors on its co-investment in a group of shipping assets by way of a preferred equity investment.*
• Narayana Health, an Indian listed healthcare business, of its acquisition of the secondary care division of Practice Plus Group in the UK.*
