Kate Minorini

Kate Minorini is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2023.

Kate was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2022. Prior to joining Goodwin, Kate completed an internship with the Department of the Interior’s Office of the Solicitor General in their northeast regional office.

While at Boston College Law School, Kate participated in the Community Enterprise Clinic where she assisted local small businesses and non-profits with various corporate governance matters. Kate also was a Lecturer of Law at Boston College.
