Morgan B. Monroe

Morgan Monroe assists emerging growth companies navigate formation, fund raising, exits and all stages in between. 

Morgan is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia and New Jersey only; her application to the California bar is pending. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Morgan's practice focuses on the representation of growth companies both public and private. Her work with companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including company formation and entity selection, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings of equity and debt securities, and initial public offerings.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Morgan was an associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in their Washington, D.C. office. 

Morgan sits on the Board of Directors for the George Washington University Law School’s Association of Black Law Alumni.
