Eva Monteiro

Eva Monteiro is an associate in the Goodwin’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

Eva has experience in government and internal investigations, complex commercial litigation, IP litigation, and antitrust litigation. She has worked with clients including financial institutions, public and private companies, and individuals. This work includes responding to investigations by state and federal prosecutors, by the DOJ, the DOL, and the CFPB. Eva also has an active pro bono practice.

Eva worked as a summer associate at Goodwin Procter. During law school, Eva was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Sustainable Development, President of the McGill International Law Society and the Women of Color Collective, and worked as a legal intern in Montreal’s Center for Racial Action and Race Relations.
