Kline Moore is an associate in the Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. He joined Goodwin in 2018 and has represented clients in various aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation. He has worked on complex technical matters involving a diverse range of technologies, including DSL communications, anti-viral software, and pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Moore is a member of the Boston Bar Association.

During law school, Mr. Moore was the Executive Development Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. Additionally, he worked on the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review as the Development Editor.
