Dimitar Morfov is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Capital Markets group in Frankfurt. He accompanies finance transactions, in particular in the area of real estate financings (acquisition and development financings including residential, commercial, single assets, portfolio and warehouse financings), leveraged acquisitions, project financings, and loan portfolio transactions.
He speaks fluent German and English.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Dimitar was a paralegal in the Frankfurt office of Ashurst. During his LLM studies, he worked at Osborne Clarke in Cologne.
