Charlize Morgan

Charlize Morgan joined Goodwin in 2021 as a law clerk in the firm’s Business Law department. Charlize is admitted to practice in South Africa only and she is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Charlize obtained her LLM from the University of California, Berkeley, with a specialization in Law and Technology, including courses like Venture Capital in Practice. During that time, she served as an articles editor and student publications author of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She held a Global Reach Scholarship and received the Legal Research and Writing Award. She has also practiced as a candidate attorney, and associate designate prior to her admission, in general corporate and commercial law in South Africa.
