Drew Morris

Drew Morris is counsel in Goodwin’s Technology Companies group. He advises emerging growth companies from formation through financings, strategic transactions, and exit, and represents venture capital firms and other investors. He also counsels founders, boards, and management teams on corporate governance and strategic matters. Drew joined Goodwin in 2026.

Before joining Goodwin, Drew founded a boutique corporate law firm advising technology companies and investors. He previously served as the first legal hire and an in-house legal executive at TRM Labs. Drew began his career in the corporate practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
