Charlotte Mouradian is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and focuses her practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, representing banks, debt funds, financial sponsors, and corporate borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Charlotte practiced at White & Case LPP in Paris. She has also been a trainee in the several law firms and companies located in Paris and London.
