Tony Mu

Tony Mu is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and a member of its Private Investment Funds practice. He started his legal career at Goodwin in 2018 and, prior to rejoining the firm in 2021, he was an associate in the Investment Funds Group of a premier law firm in New York City.

Mr. Mu counsels private fund sponsors on a variety of matters involving raising diverse funds across different asset classes. In addition to fund formation, he advises private fund sponsors on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including governance, upper-tier structuring, marketing and limited-partner transfers. He also has experience in GP-led restructurings and other types of secondary transactions.
