Paula Nagarajan is a partner in the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences groups, and M&A/Corporate Governance practice. She works with and advises companies in all stages of growth, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Paula’s practice focuses on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including representing both domestic and foreign entities, board of directors, venture capital firms and private equity sponsors in public and private company transactions, tender offers, joint ventures and general corporate matters. She is a member of the firm’s Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
