Jennifer Nash is a Managing Director of Client Development in Goodwin’s Client Development Department. She is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic business development, marketing, and communications initiatives across practices in the firm’s Business Law Department.
Ms. Nash primarily focuses on the firm’s Real Estate Industry group, which comprises over 150 lawyers across the U.S., London, Frankfurt, Paris, and Hong Kong. The group works with clients in a range of real estate industries and practice areas, including REITs and real estate M&A, hospitality and leisure, joint ventures, real estate finance, and real estate private investment funds. Among other initiatives, Ms. Nash spends a significant portion of her time focusing on collaborative business development strategies between the U.S. and Europe.
Ms. Nash is a member of Goodwin’s PropTech Initiative, driving the steering committee that is focused on supporting the intersection of Real Estate and Technology through thoughtful collaboration across the two practice areas. She drives strategy for the group, participates in key industry events, and stays up to date on relevant market trends impacting the PropTech sector to effectively support clients involved in this space.
Outside of real estate, Ms. Nash has worked with Goodwin’s Public M&A/Corporate Governance practice, as well as the Financial Industry group. She also previously led the firm’s Chairman Client Visit program and has driven revenue generation coaching programs for both partners and associates.
Ms. Nash previously served on the Your Honor Awards Committee for the New England Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Nash led the national marketing and business development efforts for the Real Estate Department in the Philadelphia and Las Vegas offices of Ballard Spahr LLP.
