Jennifer Necas

Jennifer Necas is a counsel in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity and Debt Finance groups. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions. Ms. Necas joined Goodwin in 2018.

• Great Hill Partners in its acquisition of a controlling equity stake in Clearwave Parent, Inc. at an enterprise value of $300 million

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Necas was an associate in the New York office of Bracewell LLP.
