Ximena Negretti is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. She advises on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on mid-market private equity transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity and venture capital investments across a variety of industries. Ms. Negretti re-joined Goodwin in 2021.
Ms. Negretti is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian, being Italian-Colombian and having completed her education between France, the UK and Mexico.
