Nathan J. Nelson

Nathan Nelson is an associate in Goodwin Procter LLP’s Business Law department and a member of its Climate Technology practice. His practice consists of representing investors and emerging technology and life sciences companies in the climate tech, artificial intelligence, fintech, online commerce, sustainable trucking industry, therapeutics, and biotechnology spaces. Nathan has experience in venture capital financings, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other corporate and strategic transactions.

While attending the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Nathan participated in the Hastings Corporate Counsel Externship Program. He also served on the editorial board of the Hastings Business Law Journal and as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing. Nathan also competed on the moot court team.
