Justice Njoku

Justice Njoku is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. Justice’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and asset dispositions, joint ventures, matters relating to corporate governance, and other corporate transactions. Justice joined Goodwin in 2026.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Justice was an associate at Milbank LLP.
