As Managing Director of Communications at Goodwin, Bianca leads the firm’s global communications strategy, overseeing internal and executive communications, public relations and reputation management, and awards and rankings. She partners with firm leadership to advance Goodwin’s brand, strengthen its market position, and shape how the firm engages with clients, talent, and the broader legal and business community.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Bianca served as Chief Communications Officer at global learning company HMH, where she led corporate communications, corporate marketing, and corporate social responsibility. During her tenure, she played a key role in the company’s transformation from a traditional publisher to a technology-driven organization, guiding communications through an IPO, multiple acquisitions, leadership transitions, and a private equity buyout. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at communications agencies, advising Fortune 500 companies across industries on strategic positioning, reputation management, and integrated communications programs.
