Natacha Öz is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice and works with both our London and Paris offices. Natacha represents investment managers on the structuring, fundraising, and ongoing operations of onshore and offshore funds across a range of asset classes. She also provides guidance on related transactions including carried interest structuring, GP-led secondaries, and co-investments.
Natacha also has experience advising institutional investors on the deployment of capital including primary fund investments, co-investments, and LP-led secondary activity from single assets to large portfolio sales.
