Andrew Panayides is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the its Private Equity and Private Investment Funds practices.
Mr. Panayides advises on fund formation, fund restructuring, structuring investment management platforms, acquisitions (and disposals) of interests in investment managers, carried interest arrangements, joint ventures, and private equity acquisitions and disposals.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Mr. Panayides was the General Counsel of Duke Street, a leading private equity firm investing in Europe. Prior to that, he was an associate at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin).
