Bibek Pandey, a partner in Goodwin’s ERISA and Executive Compensation practice, has extensive experience advising global banks, broker dealers, asset managers and fund service providers on a range of matters relating to the investment of employee benefit capital. He is well-versed in prime brokerage, swaps and derivative matters. His practice focuses on investment funds, general asset management, bank/broker-dealer issues, public plans, prohibited transaction exemptions and government investigations. His clients routinely rely on him for in-depth analysis and practical guidance on complex ERISA matters.
Mr. Pandey also advises financial institutions on international economic sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption laws and filings with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Pandey was an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Prior to that, he was an economics research associate for the Spencer Foundation.
