Justine Park is an associate in Goodwin’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice and Business Law department and assists with a wide range of compensation and benefits matters. Justine has experience working as an intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, during which time she examined Form 10-K Part III filings and participated in investigations and enforcement actions against alleged violations of federal securities law and PCAOB standards.

Justine worked as a Notes and Commentary Editor for Vol. 35 of the Emory International Law Review while attending Emory University School of Law.
Justine worked as a judicial intern at the Court of Appeals of Georgia under Honorable Judge Sara Doyle in 2019.

In May of 2021, Justine received a Transactional Law and Skills Certificate from Emory University School of law. She was also recognized on the Dean’s List in the Spring and Fall of 2020 in addition to receiving a Certificate of Accomplishment for Pro Bono Work in November of the same year. In April of 2019 she received the Top Oral Advocate award.
