Emeline specializes in investment funds and regulatory matters. She advises clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fund raising, and operation of regulated and non-regulated investment funds.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Emeline worked at several asset management companies in Paris.
