Magdalin Peña Jimenez is an associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Magdalin’s areas of focus include Hatch-Waxman litigation. She has represented clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of industries, including, software, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

Magdalin has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, motion practice, pretrial proceedings, and trial. She has experience on teams that have obtained favorable outcomes through motion practice and at trials. Magdalin has also advocated in court and traveled abroad to secure client interests. - Represented a data security and cybersecurity firm in patent litigation concerning multi-factor authentication
- Represented petitioner in multiple IPR proceedings related to brimonidine tartrate eyedrops
