Elyse worked as a law clerk for the Debt Finance group at Goodwin during the 2021-2022 school year. Prior to joining Goodwin, she worked as a Legal Researcher for the Center for Public Health Law & Policy.
Areas of Practice
Professional Activities
Prior to law school, Elyse worked as a research project specialist at the University of Kansas Center for Public Partnerships & Research. In her capacity there, she assisted tribal communities in managing various federal grant programs focused on public health, cultural connection, and community welfare.
During law school, Elyse was named a 2L Diversity Fellow at Goodwin and worked as summer associate in Goodwin’s 2021 summer class. As a summer associate, she worked on a variety of Debt Finance, Private Equity, and Life Sciences deals. Ms. Pey also worked as a Legal Researcher for the Center for Public Health Law and Policy, providing technical assistance on legal questions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, she serves as a managing editor for the Arizona State Law Journal.
