Shandy Pinkowski

Shandy Pinkowski is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and Private Investment Funds practice. She advises both first-time and established fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation on a broad range of investment funds, including real estate, venture capital, evergreen and co-invest funds. Shandy also counsels fund sponsors on various internal economic and governance matters, including employee departures and strategic transactions.

Shandy has experience advising fund sponsors on fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, co-investment arrangements and alternative investment structures.

Shandy has advised on complex, GP-led secondary transactions.

Shandy’s representative experience includes advising:

• Francisco Partners on completion of $17 billion in capital commitments between its $13.5 billion flagship fund, Francisco Partners VII, L.P., and its $3.3 billion Francisco Partners Agility III, L.P. fund*
