Andrew Pollock is a partner in the Business Law department and a member of the Private Equity group. His practice focuses on the establishment of private equity, debt, venture and infrastructure funds. He also advises managers on a wide range of related structuring and transactional matters, including their internal structuring and incentivisation arrangements, co-investment arrangements, secondary transactions and GP led structuring solutions.
Andrew’s clients include investment managers across a range of strategies, including direct private equity mid-market investment, longer term infrastructure investments as well as fund of funds and secondary investing. Notably, he acts for Amadeus, Cordet, Core Equity, ICG, LGT, Macquarie, Triton and Westbourne.
Andrew also advises across a range of investor side mandates, including acting for clients who are corner-stoning new funds, acting as lead investors on complex secondary transactions and seeking liquidity solutions for their portfolios. Andrew’s clients include Capital Dynamics, Pantheon and Willis Towers Watson.
