Todd Pollock is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Tax group. He joined Goodwin in 2016.
Mr. Pollock advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients on tax issues relating to investments in partnerships and joint ventures, real estate investments, private equity fund formations and investments, REITs, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactions and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Pollock was an associate in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
While attending law school, Mr. Pollock was an editor for the Rutgers Law Review.
