Megan Power joined Goodwin in 2021 and is a senior paralegal in Goodwin’s Technology group. Ms. Power has more than 25 years of paralegal experience, including over 15 years working with hundreds of startups, investors, and other technology clients, from pre-incorporation to financings to exit and all phases in between.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Power was a corporate paralegal at Lowenstein Sandler for 16 years in the New York City metro area.
