Simon Prosser

Simon is a Counsel in Goodwin’s private investment funds team. Simon has worked across asset classes on fundraisings, managed accounts, co-investments and incentivisation schemes for sponsors including BlackRock, Macquarie, Bregal, Glennmont (Nuveen), Cabot Properties, Cubera, Novastar Ventures, ETF Partners and Plural Platform.

Simon used to work at BlackRock (predominantly with their infrastructure funds-of-funds and credit teams) and is an occasional guest tutor at Oxford University’s fund negotiation workshops for Executive MBA students.

Simon’s volunteering experience includes campaigning for the Oklahoma Democratic Party and working on legal appeals for people on death row in New Orleans.
