Shuxin Qian

Shuxin Qian is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity Group. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

Before law school, Shuxin worked as a legal intern at Mayer Brown JSM’s Beijing office. While attending law school, she was a staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. She also previously served as Teaching Assistant for International Securities Regulation and Bankruptcy in Spring 2021.
