Arsh Raince is an associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice whose work focuses on patent and trade secret disputes as well as a broad range of intellectual property and commercial litigation matters, including trademark, false advertising, unfair competition, and breach of contract claims. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex disputes in federal courts nationwide, helping secure significant outcomes for clients. Arsh works across diverse industries, including software and AI, hardware, dredging, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
