Ali Ramadan is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups with broad corporate experience and a practice that spans the corporate life cycle. In particular, Ali focuses on venture capital, cross-border M&A, and private equity transactions for technology businesses. His clients include start-ups, high-growth companies and investors (both institutional and corporate) operating in the technology, fintech, proptech, and digital media industries.
Ali is also involved in Goodwin’s PropTech Initiative, which is focused on supporting the intersection of Real Estate and Technology through thoughtful collaboration across the two practice areas. He stays up-to-date on relevant market trends impacting the PropTech sector to effectively support clients involved in this space.
