- Contributed to the strategic management of trademark, trade dress, and copyright portfolios
- Represented generic pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation
- Represented brand pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation
- Contributed to several successful UDRP applications
- Represented a leading medical device company in trade secret litigation
Shweta also dedicates significant time to pro bono work, representing clients in a variety of matters. She has worked with the American Civil Liberties Union and the Innocence Project on initiatives aimed at criminal justice reform.
