Ariane Raymondo serves as Senior Manager for Goodwin’s Private Equity practice. Ariane partners with practice leadership to develop and execute initiatives that strengthen market positioning, enhance client engagement, and support the continued expansion of one of the firm’s most significant business lines. She is deeply focused on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the practice is positioned to meet evolving market demands.
Before assuming her current role, Ariane supported Goodwin’s broader Private Equity platform, working closely with partners and firm leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution of key business priorities. Her work has included designing and implementing initiatives to improve practice efficiency, optimize operations, and enhance the lawyer experience.
Ariane began her legal career as a corporate associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she advised on complex transactions for leading corporate and private equity clients. This legal background provides Ariane with a nuanced understanding of client expectations, deal dynamics, and the operational demands placed on legal teams, uniquely positioning her to lead cross-functional projects and effectively advance practice strategy.
