Nate Reichardt

Nate Reichardt joined Goodwin in 2026 and is the Managing Director of Legal Services for the Business Law department. In this role, Nate oversees legal support functions and partners closely with firm leadership on the design and execution of strategic initiatives, resource alignment, service model optimization, and the integration of advanced technology into legal operations. He is focused on building scalable staffing models, strengthening management discipline, and deploying innovative solutions, including intelligent automation, to enhance efficiency, consistency, and client value.

Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Nate previously worked at PwC as a Legal Managed Services Director where he led the development of new service offerings and directed a portfolio of management consulting and technology implementation projects. Before that, he served as the Director of Operations for Discovery Solutions at WilmerHale where he transformed a global team of 150 professionals into a high performing organization. During his tenure at WilmerHale, Nate was recognized for designing modern service models and pioneering the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance discovery efficiency.  

Nate is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati.

Nate is a recognized thought leader in the legal operations community and has served as a featured speaker at various industry conferences and panels focused on legal technology and AI driven transformation.
