Amy Richardson is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department. She joined Goodwin in 2018.

Professional Experience
Ms. Richardson's representation of companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including formation matters, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, and general corporate representation and counseling.
While attending law school, Ms. Richardson was the President of the International Law Society and attended the Duke-Geneva Institute in Global and Transnational Law at the University of Geneva. In addition, Ms. Richardson served as Research Assistant to Maj. Gen. Charles J. Dunlap Jr. (Ret.) and worked as a student-attorney for Duke Law School Community Enterprise Clinic, focusing on supporting nonprofits in the Raleigh-Durham area.
