Garrett Rider

Garrett Rider is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Garrett’s practice consists of representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and corporate strategic clients in a variety of transactions, including structuring and negotiating leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other general corporate governance matters. Garrett has also represented search fund clients, search fund investors, and search fund companies, advising on fundraising, general corporate governance matters, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Garrett has experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing and industrial, consulting, and financial services.
