Fernando Romo joined Goodwin in 2021 as Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager. In this role, he is responsible for managing the firms partner recruitment efforts across all offices. Fernando works closely with firm leadership and the Managing Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting to implement the firm’s recruitment strategy.
Before joining Goodwin, Fernando was a Recruiting Manager at Morrison Foerster, overseeing recruitment for law school and lateral candidates for the Palo Alto office. He worked closely with firm leadership to identify and execute recruiting strategies for the office.
Fernando serves on the Board of the Bay Area Legal Recruitment Association (BALRA), where he previously held the position of President in 2019. In addition, he is a member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC).
