Samantha Rudy, CPA is a law clerk in Goodwin’s Business Law department. She joined the firm in 2025. Samantha’s application to the New York bar is in progress; she is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.
Previous Professional Experience
Samantha was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2024. Prior to law school, Samantha obtained her CPA designation and worked at KPMG in the financial institutions and real estate audit teams. She also served as the VP Finance of a startup and completed internships in investment banking and taxation.
