- Founder seller in connection with investment firm buyer’s post-closing claims of fraud, breach of contract, and breaches of representations and warranties in litigation in Delaware Court of Chancery
- Private-equity backed online educational company in connection with restrictive covenant and copyright litigation pending in federal court in Massachusetts against former employee
- Directors of multiple biopharmaceutical companies in derivative fiduciary duty lawsuits concerning allegedly excessive compensation in the Delaware Court of Chancery
- Two senior-level FTX employees in connection with the high-profile investigation and subsequent prosecutions conducted by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission
- A publicly-traded pharmaceutical company in connection with an SEC investigation in which the SEC issued termination notices and declined to pursue enforcement action
- A top university in an employment discrimination and retaliation action alleging violations of Title VII, Title IX, and other federal and state laws
- Healthcare client in restrictive covenant dispute that resulted in a successful ruling after preliminary injunction hearing

Professional Experience
During law school, Catie served as a judicial intern on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Catie also served as an Articles Editor for the Boston University Law Review, as a student attorney for the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic, and as an Appellate Advocacy Director for the Boston University moot court competition.
Prior to law school, Catie served as a Legislative Director in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
