Michael Ruttenberg

Michael Ruttenberg is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and Technology group specializing in emerging companies and venture capital. He routinely represents emerging growth companies at every stage of their corporate lifecycle, including formation, general corporate representation, and venture capital financings, as well as representing venture funds on their investments from the pre-seed to growth stage.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Michael was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Los Angeles.
