Matt Salit is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. Matt advises companies and investors in technology and life sciences on a wide range of corporate matters, including company formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. He also represents publicly traded companies in ongoing SEC compliance matters. Matt joined Goodwin in 2022.

Matt is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Matt was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2021. While attending law school, he interned at the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Matt also participated in the Health and Disability Law Clinic and the Decarceration and Community Reentry Clinic. Matt served as a Student Member of the President’s Council on UVA-Community Partnerships.
