Daniela Sanchez is an associate in Goodwin’s Life Sciences group. Daniela represents public and private companies and investors throughout the full range of the corporate life cycle, including startup and formation matters, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and capital markets transactions, and other complex transactions. She joined Goodwin in 2022.

- Acino in its acquisition of M8 Pharmaceuticals (Moksha8), a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on licensing, marketing, and distributing therapeutics in Latin America
- Cerevance in its $47 million Series B-1 Preferred Stock financing extension
- Bain Capital Life Sciences in its investment in the Series F Preferred Stock financing of HeartFlow
- ProMIS Neurosciences its $122.7 million PIPE financing
- COMPASS Pathways in its $285 million PIPE financing
- The underwriters in VSE Corporation’s $112.7 million follow-on offering
- ImmuNext in its agreement with Royalty Pharma, in which Royalty Pharma acquired royalties and milestones on frexalimab for approximately $525 million in cash including estimated transaction costs
- Nanobiotix in its co-development and commercialization agreement with Janssen for a potential first-in-class radioenhancer; upfront value of up to $60 million plus up to $1.8 billion in success payments, additional amounts for additional indications and double-digit royalties on sales of the compound
