Meredith Santos

Meredith Santos joined Goodwin in 2017 and is the Managing Director of the firm’s Life Sciences and Financial Industry Business Units. In this role, she oversees initiatives focused on client service and client relationships, partner recruiting and integration, development of individual partner practices, associate recruiting and professional development and training, business intelligence, and knowledge management for the Life Sciences and FIN groups. She also oversees the management of the Firm’s Science Advisor and Science Law Clerk program and the IP Operations team, a team of 55+ professionals that provide support of the Patent Prosecution and Counseling Practice. Meredith is an experienced corporate attorney, having served as in-house corporate counsel at PAREXEL and eHarmony as well as a corporate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focused on technology and life science clients.
