Taylor Scott

Taylor Scott is a law clerk in the firm’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2024. Taylor’s application to the New York bar is pending; she is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

While in law school, Taylor interned for the Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. and the University of Texas Athletics Compliance Office. Her experiences focused on intellectual property, contractual, and antitrust matters in the sports and entertainment industries. Prior to law school, Taylor interned at the NFL Players Association, where she focused on collective bargaining, labor, and intellectual property issues.
