Alex Selig is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Industry group and a member of its Private Investment Funds practice.
Alex represents clients with respect to a variety of investment management, private investment fund and other financial services matters. He focuses his practice on the structuring, formation and ongoing representation of an array of domestic and offshore private investment funds, in addition to a serving wide range of real estate clients in forming partnerships, joint ventures and other transaction structures.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Alex was an associate in the private funds group of a large international law firm, where he had a general investment management practice with an emphasis on the representation of private real estate fund, hedge fund, and venture capital fund sponsors in connection with a broad range of issues, including fund formation, investor admittance and ongoing regulatory compliance and operational matters.
